Approach

Embracing an iterative and methodical approach, my design process harnesses the power of diverse methods, skills, and tools to drive meaningful insights, innovation, and impact. Discover how I navigate the stages of framing, research, analysis, synthesis, prototyping, and strategy to craft tailored solutions that push the boundaries of possibility.

Framing

Clearly defining the problem or opportunity that you want to address through design.

  • Identifying the goals, objectives, and constraints of the project.

  • Identify key stakeholders and collaborators.

  • Critically question and bring to light inherent biases, assumptions, and theories pertaining to underlying causes and potential solutions.

Skills

  • Clear communicator, articulating the core problems and design challenge, analyzing the underlying causes, and breaking it down into manageable components.

  • Strategic Thinking: Enabling organizations and stakeholders to align their future goals with actionable strategies and innovative service concepts

  • Project Management: Shaping project management practices to ensure successful and efficient outcomes, user and client satisfaction, and team alignment

Methods

  • Identifying stakeholders who will or may be impacted by the design project, to understand all perspectives, needs, and goals.

  • Articulating and defining the problem or design challenge, specifying the desired outcomes, and establishing the scope of the project.

  • Planning the research objectives, methods and activities that will be conducted in alignment to achieve desired goals and timeline.
