Brand application and content development
Transformed ID Academy's brand style guide into cohesive collateral and design artifacts for executive design courses, while also excelling in program management, client relationships, and strategic restructuring efforts.
Reshaping Learning Through a Strategic Executive Education Program Relaunch
At the Institute of Design, my role as a Project Manager for ID Academy was an exhilarating blend of strategic planning, content development, and program management. During this time, I had the privilege of contributing to the institute's ambitious restructuring efforts and played a pivotal role in shaping the immersive learning experiences offered to executive clients.
As the first project manager hired amidst the strategic relaunch of ID Academy, I was entrusted with managing our initial clients, which included a global pharmaceutical company. One of the standout programs was the "People-Centered Health-Care Design: Tools and Methods" course, led by the esteemed Professor Kim Erwin. This executive education seminar attracted over 300 attendees from around the world and was conducted virtually.
Creating branded collateral for different audiences, channels and purposes.
One of the significant challenges we faced was the absence of branded collateral, a critical component for delivering a cohesive and memorable learning experience. Collaborating closely with our talented visual designer, who had recently crafted a comprehensive style guide for our executive education program, I embarked on the mission of bringing this visual identity to life.
This endeavor involved creating a wide range of materials, from meticulously designed workbooks for students to engaging presentations for our esteemed faculty members. We also developed innovative tools to enhance student engagement and outreach, including follow-up course evaluations, course completion credential badges, and vibrant class/workshop mural boards.
Navigating the Executive Education Landscape.
In this dynamic role, implementing design guide principles and project management became the driving force behind crafting a unified and immersive service experience for our executive design courses. Through these efforts, we successfully transformed what was once a challenge into a testament of our commitment to excellence, leaving a lasting impression on both our clients and participants. This experience at ID Academy reinforced my passion for creating impactful and inclusive educational environments, especially that in healthcare.
